Questions vendors ask
Do I need a GST number to start?+
No. GSTIN is optional at registration — you can sell without it. Add it any time from Settings and tax invoices switch on automatically for new orders.
How long does approval take?+
Most applications are reviewed within one working day. We verify the business name, PAN and address; if anything needs clarification we contact the details you registered.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. Every shop starts on yourshop.dsauq.com, and you can point a custom domain at it from the Growth plan onward — DNS instructions are in the dashboard.
What happens to my data if I leave?+
Products, orders and invoices export as CSV and PDF at any time, including after you close the account. Nothing is locked in.
Do you handle delivery?+
We integrate courier partners for pickup, tracking and COD remittance. You can also mark orders for self-delivery or in-store pickup.
